The Night Market

On the walk from our hotel to the restaurant in which we going to have a traditional meal of Peking Duck, we came upon a Night Market full of the weirdest food we have encountered yet. There was stall after stall of food on sticks and you could pick what you wanted then have it fried up for you. The kind of food included starfish, sea urchin, snake, shark, snails, tongue, scorpions, lizards, sheep penis and testicles, and the food of Chinese legend—DOG! Cas and Kyle will eat anything and went crazy trying everything, and I had a bit of the snake, dog, and starfish. The snake was chewy and I had to spit it out, but the sea urchin and dog were crunchy and relatively tasteless.
